Stuart & Wright collects your personal information when you shop and sign up with us. This information is used to keep you informed about new products, sales and other updates. To be removed from this list please email remove@stuartandwright.com.

Stuart & Wright will only share about you to other companies or people under the following circumstances:

-We have your consent to share your information

-We need to send the information to companies who work on our behalf to provide you a product or service (for example, providing our shipping company with your address to ship your order)

Sales Tax
All sales shipped within the state of New York will be charged the local sales tax. If shipping to a location outside of the United States, taxes and duties may be imposed by the country to which the package is shipped and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Changes
If you would like to make changes to you order please contact us as soon as possible at orders@stuartandwright.com and will make any changes if your order has not yet shipped.
Shipping
All packages are sent via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified or if traveling outside of the continental United States. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except all national holidays. All orders received after 2:00 pm EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Once shipped, all packages are insured for the value of goods and require a signature for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is complete , you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.
Returns
Stuart & Wright accepts exchanges or returns within 10 days of invoice date. All goods must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. You must email orders@stuartandwright.com to request a return authorization number, which must be noted on your return package.

Sale items, jewelry and apothecary are final sale

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, Stuart & Wright is not responsible for shipping loss or damage to returned goods. International duties and taxes will not be refunded.

Your account will be credited within 7 days of return of goods less original shipping costs. Refunds are made to the original method of payment.

Please note that our return policy applies only to website orders.
Shoe Returns
We will not accept returns of shoes if the original shoe box is used as the shipping package. Original packaging must be in perfect and saleable condition.
Sale Price Adjustments
Stuart & Wright will offer a price adjustment if a full price item is marked down within 7 days . Adjustments do not apply to sale items that are marked down further. Special promotions are not eligible for price adjustments. All items that receive a price adjustment are final sale.
